Joakim Friis
Founder and CEO
Joakim has over 30 years of experience in the financial market. He has worked as an analyst, portfolio manager and salesperson focused on institutions. He also set up Private Debt operations with fund commissioners.
Joakim has worked at a number of leading organisations the Riksbank, Merita Nordbanken, Unibank, Nordea, Danske Bank, Eminova Fondkommision and SIP Nordic Fondkommission.
Sasja Beslik
Head of ESG and Sustainability
Sasja is one of Sweden’s biggest names in sustainability and is also recognised internationally.
He has long and solid experience of sustainability in the financial sector with clients such as SDG Impact Japan, Bank Safra Sarasin in Switzerland, Rabo Bank, ABN Amro, PFA Pension in Denmark, Nordea Asset Management and Banco Fonder.
Sasja is also sought-after speaker and published author.
Kaisa Fexe
Chairman of the Board
Kaisa has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, focusing on strategy, sustainability, and digitalization. Additionally, she has served as Chairman of the Board for a start-up company for the past three years, overseeing regular board duties and successfully orchestrating two new share issues
She has both worked with the largest Swedish companies in their fields (i.e.HM, IKEA, Nordea and BankID) to smaller tech start-ups.
Jonas Ahlander
Founder and Advisor
Jonas has over 35 years of experience from the financial market and has worked as a portfolio manager and analyst.
Employers include the Riksbank, Folksam, SEB and AMF. Jonas is renowned for his expertise as a highly competent portfolio manager and has been honoured with an award as Sweden’s best interest rate manager.
Peter Sjöquist
Head of Credit and Risk
Peter has over 30 years of experience in lending, having served as credit manager at several of the large Swedish commercial banks as well as niche institutions. Blue chip names include Marginalen Bank, Carnegie Investment Bank and Nasdaq Clearing AB.
Peter has solid experience in lending to companies that have a somewhat higher credit risk than the commercial banks undertake.

Kristian Westerlund
Head of Lending
Kristian has over 30 years of experience from the financial market. He served as a client manager at Swedbank with responsibility for large and medium-sized customers in tech, energy and sustainability.
Additionally, he led Swedbank’s Corporate Banking in New York and set up Swedbank’s investment in tech start-ups. Kristian also has experience from UBS Investment Bank, Dagens Industri and Pan Capital.
Max Mennfort
Head of Legal
Max has over 30 years of experience as a legal and financial expert.
Max has worked as General Counsel or Legal Counsel with several banks and financial institutions such as SEB, Euroclear and DBT Capital, regulated by or registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Max has served as legal advisor to boards and management teams on corporate governance and regulatory compliance and is currently a board member of several companies. He has extensive experience of Credits, M&A and regulatory affairs.
